I have two facets when it comes to fitness: the exercise buff and the health nut. Keeping healthy and maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet are the reasons why I became a certified trainer and nutritionist. Being healthy is at the forefront of almost every decision I make on a daily basis. I am however guilty of having the biggest sweet tooth! If it isn’t good for me, it’s not going in my body. That’s why I became co-owner of Flex Meals. Flex Meals is the wave of the future when it comesto keeping a wholesome diet. Our chefs are former-athletes, pro-trainers and experts in macro nutrition and they know what good food tastes like—the perfect combo of nutritious and delicious. The best part of the whole deal is that the food is delivered to your doorstep, so eating well is now made extremely convenient. No excuses.
Eating well goes hand-in- hand with exercising… my favourite way to go from work stress to happy wife and happy mom is to spend an hour at the gym! I love trying out all the latest and greatest trendy workouts, but I’m also super loyal to my training regime. I’m always game for a new workout, because you can (almost) never go wrong if you’re moving your body! No matter where I am in the world, or what the purpose of my trip is, nothing gets in the way of a good sweat. Follow me as I take you around the globe—gain insight into my fitness world! I only eat kosher meat so my favorite FlexMeals are always the fish and vegetarian options. I also have the biggest sweet tooth so Red velvet protein cake balls and protein pancakes are always #1 on my list!
